Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at PureneStyle. We want you to love your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and Unopened: The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • In Original Packaging: All seals, wrappers, and boxes must be intact.

  • Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened or tested.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@purenestyle.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution (replacement or refund).

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
